On Friday, May 29, 2015, we celebrate the last day of operation and retirement of our 1155 Chambers Street branch in Eugene. We will begin the day with Cake and coffee (9:30 to 11:30 a.m.); host a BBQ (11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.); and toast the branch for a job well done from 2:00 to 5:30 p.m.). Throughout the day we will have a game or two and drawings for prizes. You need to come enter your name into the drawing(s), but you need not be present to win.
Come help us say farewell to our Chambers branch. Please note that Pacific Cascade is financially sound (“well capitalized” is how the NCUA says it), and no employee will lose their job due to the branch closing. The closing was a decision made after much thought. This branch has seen dwindling foot-traffic as many members prefer to do their “banking” electronically. We have plans to bolster our mobile and online banking products very soon.
Find out which branch your favorite Chambers employee will go to. Our Branch Retirement party will be at 1155 Chambers branch only. Our other three branches will remain open and will enjoy absorbing the Chambers employees, creating better service to our members.
If you have questions regarding this decision, please call Bob Harris, CEO at: 541-343-6238, or email him at [email protected] .
