Is my money insured at Pacific Cascade FCU?
Yes, Pacific Cascade FCU deposit accounts are insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).
The NCUA’s Share Insurance Fund insures individual accounts up to $250,000 and separately insures a member’s combined interest in all joint accounts up to $250,000.

How do I order checks?
Visit Order Personal Checks — Pacific Cascade FCU
Find your checking account number by going through Pacific Cascade FCU mobile app or online banking and select your checking account then click account details.
We can also help by ordering them for you over the phone or in the branch! Call us at 541-343-6238.
How do I make a mobile deposit?
Through the Pacific Cascade FCU mobile app you can perform a mobile deposit by selecting ‘deposit’. If it is your first time you must enroll, once enrolled you will be able to select ‘deposit a check’.
On the back of your check you should write “for mobile deposit only to PCFCU”, must be endorsed by all payees, and include the account number.
Please keep your check for 45 days after deposit.

How do I manage my cards?
Through our Pacific Cascade FCU Mobile App you can select ‘cards’. Features include managing travel plans, report card lost/stolen, set pin, add controls and alerts, and turn your card off/on.
How do I report a lost card?

In our Pacific Cascade FCU Mobile App for debit cards you can select ‘cards’ and select ‘Report lost or stolen’.
